When you make any enquiry with us, including by email, using our on-line

Virtualisation service
We only use your personal information when legally we can do so.

If you want to open a Revvis account, we ask for the essential information needed to
manage
your account and provide our services. This information, and any other personal

provided in connection with your use of our services, will only be used:
• to support and manage your use of our services;
• deliver our services to you;
• manage our legal obligations; and
• for other purposes compatible with these uses.
Personalisation
You have the option to provide us with additional information when you open your
account,
including your gender, date of birth, household income bracket, and size of household.
If
you do provide it, we will retain and only use it to:
• give you a continuously updated personalised selection of virtual products to use with
your virtualisations; and
• better understand the profiles of our users (but only once the information has been
anonymised).
Subscribing to our newsletter
If you subscribe for our newsletter, we will use your email
address to send you the newsletter and other information
relating to Revvis’ products.
Payment
We seek payment by electronic fund transfer against our invoices and do not capture
or
receive your payment or bank
account details.
Virtualisation
We don’t need you to give us additional personal information as part of the
virtualisation
process, and we encourage you to ensure personal information is not included in the
materials you provide. However, if they do include personal information (for
example, images
or names), we will use it only as an incidental part of the virtualisation process.
When you
use our web-based virtualisation software we log your activity to help us support
and manage
your use of our services.
Property address
The address or location of the property is used:
• to ensure the virtualisation is simulated to the property location; and
• to provide you with information through our web viewer of product and service
providers
close to the property address.
Real-time chat facility
If you use our real-time chat facility, any personal information included in the
chat will
be used only for dealing with your enquiry or providing our service to you

Virtualisation service

close your account. We keep it for this period so we can meet our legal obligations, and
deal with any complaints you may have in that period. If the personal information we
have
does not need to be kept for these purposes, then we will delete it once you have
deleted
your account.

as detailed below. We may anonymise your personal information and use it for
statistical
and other purposes, but your privacy will not be compromised.
